• Is this treatment for me?

  You may have been born with thinner lips than you would like, or feel they are not balanced, with the top lip being thinner than the bottom. Also, as we age, lips get thinner, paler, and lose their definition. Vertical lines may appear above and below the lips, with “bleeding lipstick” often prompting women to seek treatment.

  This aging process is partly due to the skin’s naturally-occurring Hyaluronic acid diminishing. Hyaluronic acid assists in skin hydration and helps provide skin elasticity. The good news is that a simple injection of HA can replace lost skin volume and smooth out lines and wrinkles – in less time than your lunch break.

• What does the treatment involve?

  HA treatment is a very straight-forward non-surgical injection procedure which can be administered in fifteen to thirty minutes. There is no need for pre-testing and you see the results instantly.

• What is the recovery process?

  You can literally have the treatment during your lunch break and be back to work and all your other normal activities immediately afterwards. There is a small chance of minor redness and swelling, but this is usually very temporary.

• How long does it last?

  The beauty of HA treatment is that the results are instant and typically last between six to twelve months, meaning that you decide when the time is right for you to have further treatment.
